Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of our pieces. As every order is unique, the delivery costs will vary depending on the size, location of the item and delivery address. Amphora Studio utilises third-party shipping providers. Once the purchase has been completed we will provide you with the cost of delivery. Alternatively, you may make your own arrangements.
 

Small items purchased in our Decor category can be shipped via Pudo or Courier Guy. The cost of shipping may vary depending on the size and weight of the item.
 

Depending on your location, the size of the item and courier/shipper availability, the time to arrange and complete the delivery of your purchased item may vary. Shipping can take between 1-4 weeks.
 

Amphora Studio takes the utmost care with packaging and the selection of shipping providers. Amphora Studio is not liable for any damage to items shipped by third party shipping providers once the item has left our premises.
 

Our pieces are always available for local pick up if you’re in the same location and prefer to pick the item up yourself. Once you’ve made your purchase, get in touch with us via hello@amphorastudio.co.za to make arrangements for collection or delivery. You must collect, or arrange delivery of, your new prized possession within four weeks of purchase. If the item has not been collected or delivery arrangements have not been made within this time frame, the item will be re-listed for sale. Only once the item has been sold, 50% of the relisted price will be refunded.
